La Grande, Oregon: Discover Your Future in Healthcare at MedQuest Camp
Get ready for a summer adventure in healthcare exploration! MedQuest Camp has been inspiring students for over 30 years, and we’re excited to keep the tradition going. Hosted in partnership with Grande Ronde Hospital and other local organizations, this 6-day, 5-night camp is packed with hands-on learning, team-building, and fun. It’s perfect for students from rural, frontier, and urban areas across Oregon.
Applications will open by the end of January! To attend MedQuest, each student needs to complete the following: application, acceptance form, TB testing, sign releases & consents, and respond to all other requests in a timely manner. NEOAHEC will communicate with you via email, so make sure you are checking your inbox regularly.

Camp Highlights

2025 Camp Details
- Location: Eastern Oregon University (EOU), One University Blvd, La Grande, OR 97850
- Dates: June 16-21, 2025
- Lodging: Stay in the EOU Residential Halls.
- Cost: There is a $25 fee to apply, but thanks to funding from the Oregon Health Authority, camp is free this year!
- Capacity: Only 50 spots!
Eligibility
Open to all Oregon high school students, from freshmen to graduating seniors. To participate, students must commit to the full camp.
